Description
Create a coordinated spice range with custom tinplate packaging designed around your contents, dimensions and brand artwork. The metal walls block light, while the lid, inner seal and any insert are selected for the type of spice you plan to pack.
Plan the Tin Around Your Spice
Specify a round or square format and your preferred dimensions. Final sizes follow your requirements and the available tooling. Two-piece seamless and three-piece body constructions are available, with customizable metal thickness.
Choose the Closure and Inner Components Together
Screw lids, plug lids and slip-on lids provide different opening formats. Inner sealing film, sifter inserts and inner bags can be selected to suit whole or ground spices. Include your filling method and closure preference in your inquiry so the packaging configuration can be matched to your product.
Make the Lid and Body Work for Your Brand
Customize the lid and sidewalls with CMYK full color, PMS spot colors, metallic colors and brand graphics. Choose gloss or matte varnish, embossing, debossing, metallic effects or textured relief for the selected design. Partial or full print coverage follows the dieline and approved sample.
Keep Storage Conditions in View
Store the packed product at ambient temperature in dry conditions, away from high heat. Include your intended contents, dimensions, lid style and order quantity when requesting a quote.
