Description
Create a chocolate presentation that suits the assortment inside and the moment it is given. These shallow tinplate boxes can be planned for individually wrapped chocolates or mixed chocolate gift sets, with rectangular, round, or custom-shaped formats based on the selected tooling. Two-piece and three-piece constructions are options for the final design.
Build the unboxing experience around the chocolates. A divided insert can separate pieces, while an inner bag, window film, or tamper-evident feature can be considered according to the product dimensions and chosen pack structure. Slip-on, hinged, and window lid options are available to discuss as part of the gift-box design. For direct food contact, the interior coating and finished configuration must be suitable for the intended chocolates; an inner bag provides a separate contact layer for non-direct-contact designs.
Make the lid and sidewalls part of the brand experience with CMYK full color, Pantone spot colors, metallic tones, or custom graphics. Gloss or matte varnish, embossing, debossing, metallic effects, and raised textures are available design directions. Partial or full artwork coverage follows the final dieline and approved sample.
Tinplate walls block light, but the box does not insulate or control temperature. Store packed chocolates in a dry place at room temperature and away from high heat. Any additional moisture or oxygen barrier depends on the inner packaging selected for the finished pack.
