Getting Started
Start with the information you already have. The right path depends on whether you are ready to buy a defined product, request product-specific pricing or plan a broader packaging project.
Back to topics
01
What types of packaging does 11Packaging focus on?
11Packaging focuses on custom packaging for coffee, beverage and food brands. The four core categories are Custom Coffee Cups, Custom Beverage Cups, Custom Paper Canisters and Custom Metal Tins. Related formats are considered only when an applicable product and verified project information are available.
02
Should I shop online, request a quote or get a Packaging Plan?
Use a direct purchase path when the product page shows clear specifications, valid pricing and supported purchase options. Use Request a Quote when you know the product and approximate quantity but pricing or specifications still need review. Use Get Your Packaging Plan when you are comparing formats, coordinating several packages or are not yet sure what you need. Both inquiry buttons lead to the same Packaging Plan page.
03
Can I start if I do not know every specification yet?
Yes. Share what you already know, such as the product being packaged, estimated quantity, destination, timing and artwork status. Choose I’m Not Sure Yet when that option is available instead of guessing. Final dimensions, materials, printing, pricing, order minimums and delivery details are confirmed later for the applicable product or project.
04
Can one Packaging Plan cover more than one packaging format?
Yes. One plan can organize several formats around the same brand or project and identify which decisions should stay coordinated. Each product still requires its own confirmed structure, dimensions, materials, quantity, pricing and production conditions.
Products & Customization
Customization depends on the physical package and the production route. Begin with the packaging job, then confirm the options that are actually available for that product.

05
Are all 11Packaging products ordered in the same way?
No. A standard product may be purchased directly when its specifications, price and availability are clear. A supported custom configuration may use defined options and quantity tiers. A specification-dependent product may require a quote before it can be ordered. Follow the current product page rather than assuming one transaction path applies to every item.
06
What parts of a package can be customized?
Depending on the product, customization may involve size or capacity, structure, material, print coverage, colors, finishes, closures or related components. Not every option is available for every package. Treat an option as available only when it appears on the applicable product page or is confirmed in the quotation.
07
How do I choose the right size, material or structure?
Start with the product being packed, how it will be filled and used, the required capacity or portion, estimated quantity, destination market and any functional or presentation priorities. Then compare the available product formats. Do not select a material, size or structure only because it looks similar to another package; the final choice should be confirmed for the intended use.
08
Can my branding stay consistent across different packaging formats?
Yes, the visual system can be coordinated across cups, canisters, tins and other confirmed formats. The artwork still needs to adapt to each dieline, printable area and surface. Materials, inks, coatings and print methods reproduce color differently, so visual coordination should not be treated as a promise of exact color matching across every package.
Pricing, MOQs & Samples
Pricing and order minimums depend on the actual package and project conditions. Use current product information or an approved quotation rather than a general sitewide assumption.

09
What affects the price of custom packaging?
Price can be affected by the product structure, dimensions, material, printing method, color requirements, finishes, quantity, sampling or tooling where applicable, packing method, destination and shipping route. A change to one of these inputs can change the quotation. The final commercial basis should come from the selected purchasable configuration or the approved, dated quotation.
10
Is there one minimum order quantity for all products?
No. Order minimums vary by product, structure, customization method and production route. Use the minimum shown for the applicable product or the quantity confirmed in the quotation. If no verified minimum is displayed, request confirmation rather than assuming a sitewide MOQ.
11
Is an online starting price the final price?
Not necessarily. A starting price is an entry point and may apply only to a specific configuration or quantity. For a directly purchasable product, review the selected options, batch or unit quantity, cart and checkout details. For a quote-based product, rely on the approved quotation and its scope, currency, validity and stated exclusions.
12
Can I order a sample before placing a production order?
Sample availability depends on the product and project. A sample may represent structure, material, size, printing or a project-specific production result, and those are not interchangeable. Confirm the sample type, customization level, cost, shipping, timing and what the sample is intended to demonstrate before ordering it.
Artwork, Printing & Proofs
Artwork should be prepared around the confirmed package, dieline and production method. Requirements may change between products, sizes and print processes.

13
Can I request a quote before my artwork is ready?
Yes. Share the product, estimated quantity, destination, timing and current artwork status. The appropriate artwork requirements can be confirmed as the project scope becomes clearer. Artwork preparation or design-support services, if needed, must be confirmed separately before they are treated as part of the quotation.
14
What artwork files and dielines should I use?
Use the dieline supplied for the exact product, size and structure under review. Accepted file formats, file-size limits and the submission method are confirmed for the project before upload. Keep artwork editable and organized where possible, but do not rely on a generic format list or reuse a similar dieline without confirmation.
15
Can I use the same artwork for different sizes or packaging formats?
Not automatically. Printable areas, panels, folds, seams and structural details can change by size and format. Each version should be adapted to the dieline confirmed for that product and configuration, even when the logo, colors and overall visual direction stay consistent.
16
Will the printed color match my screen or another material exactly?
Exact matching should not be assumed. Screens and printed materials reproduce color differently, and the substrate, ink, coating, finish and print process can change the result. Confirm important color expectations through the proofing or reference process agreed for the project.
17
What should I check before approving a proof?
Check the product and size, artwork version, copy, spelling, dimensions, placement, orientation, printable areas, color callouts and any confirmed finishes shown in the proof. A digital proof is a review document and is not an unconditional guarantee of exact screen-to-print color. Production timing begins only from the milestone stated in the approved quotation or order.
Orders, Production & Quality
A request, quotation, approval and production order are separate checkpoints. The confirmed order documents should make the current specification and next milestone clear.

18
What happens after I submit a Packaging Plan or quote request?
Your submission provides the context needed to review the project, identify missing details and determine the appropriate next step. Additional product, artwork, quantity, destination or timing information may still be required. Submitting the form is not the same as placing an order, accepting a final price, reserving production capacity or confirming a delivery date.
19
When does the production timeline begin?
The production timeline begins from the milestone stated in the approved quotation or order, not simply from the date of the first inquiry. Depending on the product, that milestone may require confirmed specifications, payment, artwork or proof approval and any other stated requirements. Production time and transit time should always be shown separately.
20
Can I change the quantity, specification or artwork after approval?
Contact the project team as soon as possible. A change may require a revised quotation, new proof, additional cost or a new schedule, and it may no longer be possible after certain production steps have started. Do not assume that a requested change is accepted until the revised scope is confirmed in writing.
21
Can you provide quality, food-contact or compliance documents?
Document availability and relevance must be confirmed for the exact product, material, structure, supplier, intended use, target market and document validity period. Share the requirement early so it can be reviewed before ordering. A document for one product or market must not be treated as coverage for every 11Packaging item.
Shipping, Delivery & Taxes
Delivery planning combines production, packing, transportation and destination conditions. Estimates are only meaningful when those stages and assumptions are stated clearly.
Back to topics
22
Does the lead time include shipping?
Not unless the applicable product page, checkout or quotation clearly says so. Production time and transit time are different stages and should be reviewed separately. Proof approval, production, quality checks, packing, carrier handoff, customs and final delivery can each affect the overall schedule.
23
What information is needed for a shipping estimate?
Provide the product or configuration, estimated quantity, destination country or region, postal code when available and the required timing. A reliable calculation may also depend on final carton count, packed weight, dimensions, shipping method and address conditions. The complete delivery address and checkout rules remain authoritative for a purchasable order.
24
Are duties, taxes and customs charges included?
It depends on the quotation, checkout calculation and applicable shipping or trade terms. Review the stated currency, shipping scope, taxes, duties and exclusions before approving or paying for an order. Do not assume that a price includes or excludes destination charges unless the order documents say so.
25
Is an estimated delivery date guaranteed?
No. An estimated delivery date is based on the confirmed production milestone, available capacity, transport plan, business calendar and destination information at the time of calculation. Carrier delays, customs review, address issues, holidays, weather and other events outside the planned workflow can affect delivery. Any guaranteed service must be stated separately in the approved order terms.
Changes, Issues & Support
Keep the order reference, approved artwork and current specification together. Clear records make repeat orders and issue reviews easier to handle.
Back to topics
26
Can I reorder a previous packaging design?
Share the previous order reference and identify the version you want to repeat. The artwork, specification, material, supplier availability, price, order minimum, production timing and shipping conditions may need to be revalidated. A reorder should not be treated as automatically identical until the current order details are confirmed.
27
What should I do if an order arrives damaged or appears incorrect?
Keep the affected products and outer packaging, take clear photos, record the quantities involved and contact support with the order details as soon as practical. Do not discard evidence needed to review the issue. The available resolution depends on the verified cause, scope and applicable order or policy terms; this page does not promise an automatic refund, replacement or remake.
28
How should I contact 11Packaging?
Use Get Your Packaging Plan for a new project, a multi-format plan or a product-specific quote request. Use the Contact page for general business or support questions. Include the relevant product, order or project reference, but do not send passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information through an ordinary inquiry message.
