This Privacy Policy describes how ElevenPack Limited, operating the 11Packaging website and services (“11Packaging,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit 11packaging.com, contact us, request packaging information or a quotation, submit product or project details, place an order, or otherwise use our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services are powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information in connection with your use of the Services as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact details, such as your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and country or region.
Inquiry and project information, such as the products you are interested in, packaging format, size, material preferences, quantity expectations, intended use, target market, customization requirements, artwork or branding information, project timing, and the contents of messages you send to us.
Order and transaction information, such as products ordered, order status, shipping and fulfillment details, invoices, returns, refunds, and related communications. Payment information is generally processed by Shopify and the relevant payment providers; we do not intend to receive your complete payment-card number directly.
Account information, if customer accounts are available and you create one, such as your login credentials, saved addresses, preferences, and account activity.
Reviews and other content, if you choose to submit a product review, rating, feedback, image, or other user-generated content.
Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, network information, language, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and interactions with the Services.

Shopify and Enhanced Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the Services and may process information based on your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify.

When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may use personal information together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, such as security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and advertising-related features.
