Description

Create a cookie tin around your product, brand and packing format. CAN001 is a made-to-order tinplate package for butter and Danish cookies, biscuits, shortbread, chocolate, seasonal food gifts and promotional gift packaging. Choose a round, square, rectangular or oval format, or develop a custom-tooled shape for a more distinctive presentation.

The dimensions, tinplate thickness, lid construction, interior coating and internal inserts can be specified for the project. Available insert directions include cookie liners, paper dividers, biscuit or chocolate trays, blister trays, EVA or foam inserts, and other custom food inserts. These choices help organize the contents and support the intended presentation inside the tin.

Offset printing supports full-color CMYK artwork, Pantone spot colors, metallic colors and brand graphics across the lid, body and sides, with bottom printing available where the structure allows. Gloss or matte varnish, embossing, debossing, metallic effects and textured finishes provide additional ways to build the desired shelf appearance.

This product is handled through a custom quotation rather than immediate checkout. We first review the intended contents, dimensions, shape, opening structure, inserts, artwork, quantity and delivery requirements. After the construction and commercial details are agreed, we prepare a physical sample for approval. The final bulk order is placed only after the sample and specifications are confirmed.

Product images are AI-generated concept visuals for design reference only. Final structure, print, color, and finish depend on the approved specification and production proof.

Customization Process

  1. Share Your Brief — Tell us what the tin will hold, your target dimensions and shape, required quantity, preferred lid, insert needs, artwork, destination and target timing.

  2. Confirm Specifications — We review the tinplate thickness, food-contact interior coating, opening structure, print areas, finishes, inserts and any custom tooling required for the design.

  3. Review the Quote — We confirm the feasible construction, quantity, tooling requirements, sample arrangement, production lead time and commercial quotation. The minimum order quantity is 3,000 tins.

  4. Prepare the Artwork — Your artwork is aligned with the confirmed structure and printable areas. Printing colors, finishes and embossed or debossed details are finalized before sampling.

  5. Approve the Sample — A physical sample tin is produced for review. Mass production proceeds only after the sample and final specifications are approved.

  6. Place the Bulk Order — Place the final bulk order against the approved sample, specification and quotation.

  7. Mass Production — Mass production is scheduled for 25–30 days.
