Description
Build a coordinated powder packaging range with custom tinplate cans designed around your contents, filling process and brand. A welded three-piece body and seamed end structure provide the basis for the project, with dimensions selected around your requirements and available tooling.
Plan the Can and Filling Process Together
Start with the powder type, target dimensions and intended closure. Easy-open ends, foil seals and overcaps are inquiry preferences; the final combination must match the filling and seaming setup. Inner sealing film, measuring scoops, overcaps and tamper-evident components are specified together with the intended food-contact requirements.
Put Your Brand on the Lid and Body
Develop your design with CMYK full color, PMS spot colors, metallic colors and brand graphics. The lid and sidewalls are the primary branding areas. Gloss or matte varnish, embossing, debossing, metallic effects and textured relief are available for the selected design. Partial or full print coverage follows the dieline and approved sample.
Build a Product-Specific Specification
Metal thickness is customizable. Share the intended formula and packing method so the can configuration can be defined for your project. Special formulations and infant nutrition projects require a separate application review. Store the packed product at ambient temperature in dry conditions, away from high heat.
