Description

Give coffee, tea, and dry food products a rigid, branded package with custom sealed paper canisters. A multilayer paperboard body combines a food-grade inner barrier with a fully printed outer wrap, bringing product protection and shelf presentation together.

A barrier structure matched to your product

An aluminum foil liner helps protect against moisture, oxygen, and light to support aroma retention. Other food-grade barrier linings are available by project. The final barrier level, seal design, and suitability for your shelf-life requirements depend on the complete canister structure and the food being packed.

Choose how customers open your canister

Configure paper, metal, or plastic lids with an appropriate base and an easy-peel or easy-open initial seal. Tamper-evident and airtight configurations can be specified for suitable projects; these are not automatic features of every lid combination. An inner bag is also optional.

Build a distinctive 360° brand presentation

Use the full outer wrap for your branding, product information, and artwork, with optional lid printing. Choose from coated paper, white or natural kraft, black cardstock, metallic silver, pearlescent, and specialty paper wraps. CMYK, spot-color, and screen printing can be combined with suitable finishing options such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and raised UV.

Size the package around your contents

Standard round formats and custom diameters and heights accommodate different coffee, tea, nut, candy, dry-food, and powder projects. The rigid cylindrical body supports transport and shelf display. Submit your application, dimensions, initial seal, liner preference, and quantity for a project-specific quote. Quoted prices include standard shipping; the shipping scope is stated in your quotation.

FAQ

What can these paper canisters hold?

They can be configured for coffee, tea, nuts, candy, dry foods, and powdered foods. The liner and seal must be selected for the actual contents and shelf-life requirements.

Are the canisters airtight?

Airtight configurations are available, but airtightness depends on the complete liner, base, and sealing arrangement. A removable outer lid alone should not be treated as an airtight initial seal.

What is the difference between an easy-peel seal and an easy-open end?

An easy-peel seal is peeled away to open the package. An easy-open end uses a pull-open design. Choose your preference in the form or select Help Me Choose so the suitable structure can be discussed.

Can I specify my own diameter and height?

Yes. Enter diameter and height separately in inches under Size. The final dimensions are confirmed against your contents and the selected canister structure.

What inner liners are available?

Food-grade aluminum foil is available, with other food-grade barrier linings considered by project. If you are unsure, choose Not Sure and describe the food you plan to pack.

Can food touch the inside of the canister directly?

Direct contact requires the appropriate food-grade liner and contact materials. The applicable requirements and documentation must match the food, intended use, and final construction.

Can I print all the way around the canister?

Yes. The outer paper wrap supports full 360° branding, and lid printing is available. Printing options include CMYK, spot colors, and screen printing.

Which decorative finishes can I request?

Options include varnish, lamination, gold or silver foil, embossing, debossing, textured embossing, raised UV, gradient foil effects, and authentication or traceability features. The appropriate combination depends on the wrap material and artwork.

Are these canisters recyclable or available with FSC paper?

FSC paper and all-paper lids are available options. The recyclability of the finished canister depends on the selected liner, lid, and base; a paper-based body does not make every composite configuration recyclable.

What quantity and lead time should I plan for?

Enter your intended order quantity at the end of the product options. The applicable minimum order and production schedule will be confirmed in your project quotation.

Does the quote include shipping?

Yes. Quoted prices include standard shipping. This product uses Standard Sea as its default shipping method; the destination and shipping scope are confirmed in the quotation.

How should the canisters be stored?

Keep them dry at room temperature and away from high heat and humidity. Filled-product storage and shelf life must be evaluated for your food and chosen packaging structure.
