Give solid personal care products a paperboard package that dispenses from the bottom. This round push-up tube uses a finger-pressed base disc to raise a solid balm or stick as it is used. It is suited to low-water formulas such as lip balm, solid perfume, deodorant, solid sunscreen and solid skincare. It is not designed for liquids or highly fluid formulas.

Match the tube to your formula

Choose from nominal 0.3 oz, 0.5 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz and 2.5 oz tube sizes, then confirm the actual diameter, height and fill with your formula. A grease-resistant glassine liner is an available option. Formula hardness, oil content, melt point and liner compatibility should be tested for the selected construction. Store at ambient temperature and avoid heat that could soften the product.

Build a branded presentation

The paperboard body is available in kraft, white or black. The outer wall can be labeled or custom printed for the project, with finish and coverage confirmed against the artwork. A paper cap closes the tube; an external seal or tamper-evident label can be added if needed. The paper-based construction can reduce use of a conventional plastic container, depending on the selected liner and finished design. Finished tubes can be stacked for handling and display.
