Description

Create a stable retail coffee pack with a flat bottom, resealable zipper and optional one-way degassing valve. Choose from six fill sizes and customize one or both sides with 1 Color or Full Color (CMYK) digital printing.

A Stable Flat Bottom for Retail Display

The flat-bottom construction gives the filled bag a broad, stable base for upright shelf presentation. It creates a structured pack shape for coffee roasters and food brands looking for a defined retail format.

Six available fill sizes cover smaller coffee portions through 2 lb packs. The range can also be used for tea, nuts, chocolate, cookies and other dry foods.

Resealable Zipper and Optional One-Way Valve

Each bag includes a resealable zipper for repeated opening and closing after the initial seal is opened. This makes the package convenient for products used over several servings.

Choose the one-way degassing valve option when the package needs to release gas from freshly roasted coffee. A no-valve configuration is also available for compatible dry products and packaging needs.

High-Visibility Brand Printing

Digital printing is available on one side or both sides. Choose 1 Color for a restrained graphic treatment or Full Color (CMYK) for more detailed branding.

The front and back panels have a matte finish that gives logos, product names and retail information a controlled appearance. The glossy side panels provide a visible finish contrast when the bag is viewed from an angle.

Full-area printing is not available, so artwork should be prepared within the confirmed printable areas.

Six Formats for Different Pack Sizes

The range includes nominal 4 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz and 32 oz formats, supporting trial packs, standard retail bags and larger packs within the same packaging structure.

Actual fill capacity can vary with the roast, grind, density and shape of the packed product. Test the intended contents in the selected bag size before confirming a larger production order.
