Description

Four Sealed Corners. A Stable Coffee Pack.

Give your coffee packaging a structured format that is practical to fill and easy to present. These custom quad seal coffee bags use four heat-sealed corners to support the bag’s shape, with options for both whole-bean and ground coffee.

The format accommodates packaging projects across a broad fill-weight range—from 10 g sample-size packs to 20 kg bulk bags. Your bag size and construction are specified around the coffee you intend to pack.

Put All Four Panels to Work

Customize the front, back, and both side panels with your brand artwork. Use the space for your logo, coffee origin, tasting notes, brewing directions, and product information without crowding everything onto the front.

CMYK and spot-color printing are available, along with custom bag colors and a choice of surface finishes.

Choose the Material Structure for Your Project

Material options include kraft paper, rice paper, LDPE, PE, aluminum foil, and multilayer laminates. Recyclable or compostable film options are also available for suitable configurations.

High-barrier structures can be specified as part of your packaging project. Material selection, barrier requirements, and optional components are considered together, rather than treating every construction as interchangeable.

Add the Features Your Customers Need

Configure your bag with a zipper or a heat-seal closure, plus optional features such as a degassing valve, tear notch, laser score, or tin tie.

Clear windows, handle holes, hanging holes, and card slots are also available. Feature combinations depend on the selected bag construction and are defined in your custom packaging proposal.

FAQ

What is a quad seal coffee bag?

A quad seal coffee bag has four heat-sealed corners that help support its shape. This construction provides a stable format for filling and presenting whole-bean or ground coffee.

What fill weights are available?

Available options range from 10 g to 20 kg, approximately 0.35 oz to 44.09 lb. Let us know your target fill weight and whether you are packing whole beans or ground coffee so the bag dimensions can be specified accordingly.

Can I print on all four sides?

Yes. The front, back, and both side panels can be customized. CMYK and spot-color printing are available, allowing you to coordinate your branding and product information across the bag.

Which materials can I choose?

Options include kraft paper, rice paper, LDPE, PE, aluminum foil, and multilayer laminates. Recyclable and compostable film options are also available. The final material structure is specified for your project.

Are high-barrier options available?

Yes. A high-barrier structure can be included in your custom specification. Tell us your packaging requirements when requesting a quote so the material structure and optional components can be considered together.

Can I add a zipper or degassing valve?

Yes. Zippers and degassing valves are optional. Other available features include tear notches, laser scoring, tin ties, clear windows, handle holes, hanging holes, and card slots. Available combinations depend on the selected construction.

Are all of these bags recyclable or compostable?

No. Recyclable and compostable films are material options, not a claim covering every version of this bag. The selected film, finished construction, and added components determine which description applies to your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 15,000 bags. Include your required quantity and specifications in your inquiry so we can prepare a project-specific quote.

Can I request samples?

Standard samples are available free of charge on request. Custom samples start at US$150 per design. Please specify whether you need a standard sample or a sample featuring your own artwork.

How long does production take?

Production takes approximately 15 days. This is the production timeframe, not a delivered-by date. Shipping time is separate, and your delivery schedule will be addressed in the quote.

Does the quoted price include shipping?

Yes. Quoted product prices include shipping to the destination specified in your quote. Please provide your delivery address or destination details when submitting your request.

What information should I include in my quote request?

Please include your coffee type, target fill weight, preferred material, printing requirements, optional features, order quantity, and delivery destination. You can also share artwork or a packaging reference to help explain the result you want.
