Bring your branding to everyday coffee service with custom double wall paper coffee cups for cafés, coffee shops and beverage brands. The double-wall paperboard construction adds an insulating outer layer, while a PE lining supports hot and cold drink use. The cups nest together for convenient storage and handling.

Choose from eight size and rim configurations, from 4 oz / 120 ml to 22 oz / 700 ml. The 8 oz / 280 ml cup is available with either an 80 mm or 90 mm rim, so you can select the format that suits your cup and lid requirements.

Exterior offset printing reproduces your logo and artwork in full-color CMYK. If your design calls for spot colors, contact us to discuss the printing requirements before ordering. Cups can be ordered without lids or paired with Press & Close Lid or Sip Lid options in white or black.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 1,000 cups for most sizes and 10,000 cups for the 4 oz size. Choose a listed quantity or submit the quantity you need for a quote.

What is the difference between the two 8 oz options?

Both are listed at 280 ml. One has an 80 mm rim and the other has a 90 mm rim. Select the correct rim diameter for your cup and lid requirements.

Can I order cups with or without lids?

Yes. Select No Lid for cups only, or choose Press & Close Lid or Sip Lid options in white or black. Lid color applies when a lid is included. Match the lid to the rim diameter of your selected cup.

What printing options are available?

The cup exterior can be offset printed in full-color CMYK. For spot-color printing or other special requirements, please contact us before placing your order. Printing is on the exterior only.

Can these cups be used for hot and cold drinks?

They are designed for hot and cold drink use, with double-wall paperboard and a PE lining. The outer paperboard layer helps reduce heat transfer. Confirm suitability for your intended filling temperature and serving conditions when ordering.

How long does production take?

How are the total and unit prices calculated?

The displayed total is the batch price for your selected cup size, lid configuration and quantity. The unit price is that total divided by the number of cups. Review the selected options and quantity before adding the batch to your cart.
